My blackberry curve 7 has refused to come on, or charge at all. The battery has life in it, I know this Cox I tasted it with my tongue. It'll only show the X sign over the battery whenever I try charging it.

Sometimes my BlackBerry 10 will just OFF on its own and many times the phone does that. And sometimes it will be down and I will want to charge it but it won't charge and ON

Download blackberry desktop manager, it will detect the fone and from dir factory reset it as well as back up
I can't dowload whatsaap on ma bold 5 it keep saying error 907 invalid cod…….and ah cnt open d appworld app it say app world requires latest blackberry id
Delete or update your appworld and all the problem will be fix.
My BB10 can't keep memory like chat,apps and so on if I update to latest version.It can only keep last memory b4 I updated it if I switch it off.so I was forced to use lower version on it.Any remedy for this pls?

Your Q10 has network issue, if the strength of the network is strong, it will drain ur battery. Set it to edge.
U can try another netwk on it.

i noticed that it rejected my blackberry id so i went to an engineer to flash it and upgrade it to the latest version.few weeks later my battery will suddenly drain and later the batterylevel will increase again without charging,but finally when i try to charge it will show charging but my phone refuse to switch on again it will only show battery drain in red form on the phone

In case of next time, do not take your blackberry to engineers you are not sure of. Th engineer has flashed incompatible OS version on ur device. However, try this
Get another bb10 battery and use it to charge ur device tell me if it charge or not. If it works fine then you a good to go; if not then proceed to the next step.
Get a pc>> download BlackBerry Desktop manager• make sure you have an active internet connection on that pc,
>>Connect your BlackBerry 10 via a usb code to that pc that you downloaded BlackBerry desktop manager It will detect it.
Scroll to OS upgrade then tap on it to upgrade your device. Once started don't disturb it but allow it to finish the upgrade.
You device will be ok afterwards.
