Some couples of weeks ago, Redmi 8A was launched with huge 5000mAh battery, but Xiaomi had a second thought to launch Redmi 8, similar spec with different uniform.
Xiaomi Redmi 8 features a 6.22-inch HD+ Dot Notch display for the 8MP F/2.0 selfie cam, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, powered by Snapdragon 439 12nm Mobile Platform, 3/4GB of RAM + 64GB onboard storage.
It comes with a dual camera set up of 12MP F/1.8 Sony IMX 363 sensor with 1.4μm sized pixels and dual PD. The second unit is a 2MP depth sensor.
Other extras includes fingerprint sensors, AI scene detection, wireless FM radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an IR blaster, and P2i splash protection.
Redmi 8 is housed by a battery capacity of 5000mAh which supports up to 18W fast charging.
