10GB Ram – Smartphone manufactures are getting crazier with 8GB RAM ranging from onePlus 5T, Huawei P20 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 8 Explorer edition, Samsung Galaxy Note9 with 8GB Ram and many more.
However, OPPo Find X the Lamborghini Edition will be coming with 10GB RAM + 256GB storage version. The smartphone has been certified by TENNA and this could be the first smartphone in world with 10GB RAM.
In a world where majority of smartphone users are still battling with 3GB/4GB Ram and the proportion using 6GB ram are not upto 30%; Apple iPhone XS and XS max recently launched comes with 4G of Ram and are running smoothly. But OPPO will be releasing a 10GB RAM smartphone.
Don’t you think too much Ram on a smartphone over kills?

10gb ram when OEM like Tecno and Itel still produce devices with just 8gb internal storage.
I think this is cool and nice. It wont cause any harm.
Just wish other companies like Tecno and Infinix will get motivated by this.
Multi tasking will be great, apps closing won’t be an issue.
Aside the 10g ram.. Nothing else about the device, one of the reasons i dont like android.. Too much competition that OEM’s now makes phone for nothing. Sticking to IOS jare.
This is crazy. I will be playing FIFA and PES at the same time. But the battery will last only an hour.

given a phone 10gb ram with fast charge of 3730mah…is not that so cool because the ba3 will die so quick because of the multi tasking ability….

They should the battery size with that of the ram…. That amount of ram is really not necessary
