Can I be real with you? The problem is with your Privacy Policy Page… fix it and you won't receive that message again, inshort you can cop mine and watch the difference.
Also, just incase, any post you have on your blog that isn't yours or copied, send it to your draft, and leave only original post you single handwritten yourself on the blog
remove every third party ads or affiliate ads, then reapply, wen you are approved, you can return all your drafted post and affiliate ads back to your site.
I've done everything you said except the privacy page.. I've even went to the ekbt of deleting all my photos and actually re designing mine. I will edit my privacy page ASAP and do as said. If there is anything more, kindly state it here before I embark on the journey. Thanks

Lol…! At times it takes upto 2weeks or 3 before they'll reply you. Just make sure if you are gonna make any other post, let it be that you wrote the post by yourself and not copied.

please, how can i change my system proxy address to 127.0.0.1 to power up all networked programs instead f jst a few of them using bbmidid plan. i av tried the changing it from d LAN setting under internet options and used cmd "netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie". it set it successfully but stl nt powering up all apps.
My main purpose of doing this is becoz i want to share the connection using "connectify". I know there is o way to share the bbmidid wen its nt powering up all programs.

Search for google analytics via google search, there you would see more info on it..you will have to register for it via google and then run the plugin on your blog if you are using wordpress.. The only issue I can see with your blog and adsense is just the privacy Policy Page. All what you have written down their are just grammar, u can copy my privacy policy page and replace it with your own. Also add about us and contact us page to your site then reapply
Yomi has done well with all the answers he has provided here.
Aside the things he mentioned, I have reason to believe that if your site not getting enough organic traffic (traffics from search engines) or natural traffic (people visiting your site by entering your URL in their browser), you may have a tough time getting AdSense approval because that's one of the ways Google determines if your content is actually useful.
When I said 'enough' in the previous paragraph I mean like 50% of your traffic.

There are 2 things people need to know about adsense, and they remain secret to google.Today I am going to reveal some secrets here.Sorry it is not about how you can get approval fast, but it can help you to begin to think and STOP thinking that "privacy,contact us", bla bla can get your application approved.No they dont!! Arguably,over 90% of adsense application are checked by BOT, and not human, and that is one reason why everyone tend to get generic and the same refusal letter. Google adsense has gone so big that they cannot man the approval process any longer.They now use BOT to crawl your website and mark it against some scores which they create and remain secrete. That is why some people can ask for money and they will trick the system and actually get you an approved google adsense account, but many end up being closed within some few days.
Secondly, google has special scores and approval algorithm for certain countries. I know India, Pakistani and some Africa countries are in this cage, I will be surprised if Nigeria is not also in this category. If you dont me, create a new website, add few contents and apply as if you live in the UK and see what happened.
These are all tested and i just wanted to share this with people here who claimed to be google adsense expert. The fact that an application with privacy get approved does not mean that privacy is what made it approved.

do some on-page seo(interlink contents within website), put like 5 original contents, AND THAT IS IT. what we are trying to do here is to feed the google adsense BOT,not human- majority of the times, no body , I REPEAT NO BODY go and look at your website, everything is BOT –

I've just gone through your pages… Your right ups are okay and of a considerable lenghth.
You need to do this.
1. Add a sitemap to your site
2. Submit your site to google webmaster
3. Change your theme.
Your site theme should be simple, easy to navigate and user friendly.
Once you've done that, apply back after 12-14 days.

You need to redesign your blog. I can see that some of your menu are still under construction. Remove the ones you are not making use of.
>>Your header is too big… reduce the size.
>>Submit your site to google webmaster and verify the ownership of your blog
Generate a sitemap for your blog. once you've corrected all this things, you can then reapply.
