WhatsApp vows to sue users who abuse or spam its platform – even if you commit the offense from another app

WhatsApp has vowed to enforce strict legal action against people or companies found abusing its platform, break its rule or if the abuse is found in another platform.

At the moment if you are guilty abusing its platform in one way or the other, you’ll be hit by a ban, but beginning from December 7th 2019, the narrative will change, you’ll be sued to court regardless of who you are.

Abuse that violates its rules could come in form of sending automated bulk messaging, or non personal use. Spammers beware!

According to WhatsApp, we are committed to using resources at our disposal – including legal action to prevent abuse that violates our terms of service, such as automated or bulk messaging, or non personal use.

We’ll take legal action against individuals or companies that we link to on -platform evidence of abuse.This sounds like a stern warning from WhatsApp if you want to keep using the platform, avoid spamming, using bot to send spam messages… any evidence of abuse coming from your ends will land you in court beginnings from December 7th 2019.

  1. It will definitely come to a time when people might decide not to use whatsapp again due to so many security features. Flaim is on ground and MTN is building their own chat app… We are looking
