Android 12 is almost here but don’t get too excited because there are still months away from the release. The good news is that we have seen 2 developer previews with one minor update in between.
Google released the second developer preview for Android 12 after its first release in February 2021, this time featuring new tweaks and updates such as new rounded corners APIs, improved picture-in-picture (PiP) APIs, better companion device management, and more.
Google plans to launch monthly updates for Android 12 according to the latest report, expect developer previews each month from now until April 2021. Beginning from May, expect to see beta versions of the software launches.
