yomi it seems psiphom doesnt connect on pc while using wifi network unlike the ss which works perfectly

While using as, the extracted file is kept open while browsing. Is it the same extracted file that we will use for psiphon, cos I'll prefer using psiphon on PC than as?

Data cap is small na, 10mb for N70, 70mb for N350 and 260mb for N1000 . it is better i buy 1GB data from reseller for 1k or 1.1k instead. it is only opera mini browser that is working with psiphon,other browsers are showing 504 error
