There are two patches there. Which VB one. I was denied access to run the first one by reiz and the second one universal didn't not respond at all. Why?

Its probably not a virus but your Antivirus sees it as a virus. It is adviceable before installation, turn off your antivirus and don't connect to the internet. Once you are done with installations, turn it on and everything should work just fine.
I don't need it for life cos its either i upgrade to the next better version or i download a new better app which is yet to be reasoned
