I'm not currently within that area but ntel should work just fine or I'll suggest if anyone here is within that area, kindly indicate the network that is superb there. Alternatively, if you have a good smartphone, sub to mtn 10MB, check the speed in 4G mode, do thesame to 9mobile and Glo. but Airtel doesn't have 4G yet.
