Jumia Launched Jumia Local… to sell Made in Nigeria Products

I’m loving this already… This is a perfect example of lets
patronize made in Nigeria products to grow the local economy. Jumia Nigeria
marked the 56th independence day anniversary this year by introducing an online
store dedicated to products made in Nigeria, called Jumia local.

Jumia Local is Jumia’s way of supporting local
entrepreneurs and brands that manufacture or assemble their products in
Nigeria. Merchants on the site will be able to sell their products on at
0% commission, and their products will be promoted through Jumia’s marketing
channels (social media accounts, mobile apps, billboards, and radio).
So if you are an entrepreneur, and your products are
assembled here in Nigeria then it is time go global using Jumia local online
platform. Even though you are manufacturing shoe, belt etc, Jumia local is
waiting to announce you.
I must commend this initiative because it will help announce
talented entrepreneurs who are in remote areas to be known globally.
You can check out Jumia local here.
Spread the love

  1. This is the best time for Nigerians to advertise their products to everyone living in Nigeria without paying for it.

But the directive on how to upload products is not listed. What do you advise?
